Practical app-safety advice: recognise harmful APK warnings, review Android permissions and protect passwords. This informational guide does not independently test or certify any app.

What this guide can and cannot verify
Files claiming to be a BetPro or Bpexch app can use copied names, logos or screenshots. None of these proves who made the file. This page does not host an APK, provide an installation link or confirm a current official app, version number, operator or licence. A website contact or chat message is not an independent security assessment.
Keep Google Play Protect enabled
On supported Android devices, Google Play Protect checks for potentially harmful apps, including apps from outside Google Play. It can warn about, disable or remove a harmful app, and may block an unverified app that requests sensitive permissions. Google recommends keeping Play Protect enabled.
Do not switch off protection or bypass a warning because a sender says it is necessary. Open the Play Store, select your profile and look for Play Protect to review its status and any warnings. A scan result is not a guarantee of an app’s legitimacy or future behaviour. Read Google’s Play Protect guidance for current details.
Review permissions when requested and after installation
Not every permission appears before installation. Apps can ask to use the camera, microphone, contacts or other features while in use. On many Android phones, review access under Settings → Apps → the app → Permissions. Menu names and options vary by device and Android version.
Deny access that you do not understand or that is unnecessary for the feature you intend to use. A permission request alone does not prove an app is malicious, but pressure to grant extensive access is a reason to stop. See Google’s app-permissions guide.
- Ignore a harmful-app, browser or certificate warning.
- Turn off security scanning to install or open a file.
- Give an unfamiliar app accessibility, device-administrator or screen-sharing access.
- Send a password, OTP, recovery code or banking password in chat.
- Install a replacement file from an unexpected message, short link or look-alike website.
If you already installed a suspicious app
- Stop entering sensitive information. Do not approve further requests from the app or the sender.
- Use your device’s trusted security tools. Review Play Protect or antivirus warnings and follow their removal guidance. If removal is blocked or you are unsure, seek help from your device manufacturer’s support or your workplace IT team.
- Review access. Check permissions granted to the suspicious app. Do not follow instructions from the suspected sender to weaken protections.
- Protect exposed accounts from a trusted device. Change compromised passwords, including anywhere the same password was reused. Read the password, OTP and phishing-response checklist.
- If banking details were shared or money was lost, contact your bank or payment provider promptly through a known channel. Do not pay someone promising guaranteed recovery.
A browser is not automatically safe
A website can steal information through phishing even if you install nothing. HTTPS encrypts a connection; it does not prove the recipient is genuine. Keep your browser and device updated, check addresses independently and do not bypass browser security warnings.
App-safety questions
Does a familiar name or logo prove an APK is genuine?
No. Branding can be copied. This guide has not tested or certified a BetPro or Bpexch APK and does not confirm an official download destination.
Should I disable Play Protect to make an installation work?
No. Keep the protection enabled. A warning should be investigated through trusted device or security support, not bypassed on the instructions of the person sending the file.
Does removing an app undo information it already accessed?
Do not assume that it does. Removal does not change passwords or withdraw information already shared. Follow the relevant account-protection steps and contact your bank if financial information was exposed.
